As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on freiwilliger basis. These data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent. Please note that data transmission over the Internet (for example, when communicating via e-mail) may have security vulnerabilities. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.

Cookies

Demographics in Google Analytics

IP anonymization

We use the function “Activation of IP anonymization” on this website. As a result, your IP address will be shortened by Google beforehand within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be sent to a Google server in the US and shortened there. YouTube

This website embeds videos from the platform “YouTube”. The provider is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. We use Youtube in the so called extended data protection mode. This means that Youtube does not record any cookies for a user displaying a website with an embedded video as long as the user does not click on the play button. If the user clicks play, Youtube may store cookies in your browser. It is communicated to the Youtube servers what website the user has accessed. If you are logged in to your Youtube account, Youtube can associate the information with your account. If you do not want such an association you have to be logged out while watching the video.

We use YouTube to explain our offerings visually and to enhance the appeal of our website. This is a legitimate interest in terms of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR.

Social Media Plugin “Shariff Wrapper”

By using Shariff, personal data is only transferred to social networks, when the visitor actively activates one of the social media buttons. We use the “Hubspot” service of HubSpot Ireland Limited, Ground Floor, Two Dockland Central, Guild Street, Dublin 1, Ireland (“Hubspot”) on our website. Data processing newsletter

Our newsletter contains information about products, case studies, event dates, offers, company news and topics related to pneumatic tube systems.

Newsletter registration

We send our newsletter only with the consent of the recipient (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a. DSGVO) or a legal permission. If consent is not required, our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) in direct marketing invokes the sending of existing customer advertising. To subscribe to our newsletter, you must provide your e-mail address. In order to address you personally in the newsletter, further information (such as name, position, company) may be requested.

The registration takes place via the so-called double opt-in procedure. After registering via the registration form, you will receive an e-mail via which you must confirm your registration once again. This prevents people from registering with other people’s e-mail addresses. All logins are logged with the IP address of the person logging in and the time. Use of a newsletter dispatch tool

Based on our legitimate interest in making newsletter dispatch efficient and secure, we use the dispatch tool Mailchimp:

Contacting us

When contacting us (e.g. via telephone or email), we only save the provided data to process the inquiry. This is a legitimate interest in terms of Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR.

We also process personal data precedent to contracts and in order to fulfill contracts. The legal basis for this is contained in Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR.

Using contact forms

If you contact us via a contact form on our website, we store the information you enter (e.g. your email address or your full name) in order to process your request. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. We do not pass on your data.

When processing personal data that is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 (1) lit. b DSGVO serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations that are necessary for the performance of pre-contractual measures.

When processing personal data from your request that is not directly related to a contract, our interest is based on processing your request to us, or on your given consent if this was requested as part of the form.

We will delete your data if you request us to do so, revoke your consent or the purpose of the data processing no longer applies. This means, for example, when your request has been fully processed by us. Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected (retention periods).

Data protection for application procedures

We collect and process the personal data of applicants for the purpose of the processing of the application procedure. The processing may also be carried out electronically. This is the case, in particular, if an applicant submits corresponding application documents by e-mail. If we conclude an employment contract with an applicant, the submitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements. If no employment contract is concluded with the applicant, the application documents shall be erased two months after finishing the application procedure, provided that no other legitimate interests of our company are opposed to the erasure. Other legitimate interest in this relation is, e.g. a burden of proof in a procedure under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

We do not use automated decision making or profiling.

Which are your rights?

At any time you have the right to:

  • free information about your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing
  • correct, block or delete this data
  • restrict the processing concerning the data subject
