Pneumatic Tubes at the Samsung Experience Store

The Samsung Experience Store in Utrecht / Netherlands came up with something very special for its customers. Since its opening in April 2019, a Hörtig pneumatic tube system winds its way through the premises. Smartphones that have to be repaired are transported via the system from the service desk on the ground floor to the repair department on the first floor. The waiting customer can watch his smartphone running through the system because the used tubes are made of plexiglass.
