- Integrated directory with all available destinations
- Speed dial function for most used destinations
- If the station has a carrier RFID reader: sending without any dialing by the user and ColourSend is possible
- The station can be adjusted to have only one destination address

Reception features
- Arrival signal can be turned-off via the keyboard
- Requesting an empty carrier
- When using RT-Win 4: Information about the last received carrier is displayed (destination, time, user)
LCD display
- Resolution: 128 × 64 pixel
- The graphic unit is programmed to use UTF8 fonts
- The station can show the dialog and station names in Latin languages, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese,
and Russian
- Contrast and background brightness of the display are variable and are managed by a daylight sensor
- The display shows information about the last sending and the arrival

- Has a high quality surface file for long term use
- Big button for starting sending process
Function keys
- The F1…F3 buttons are used as function keys
- The actual function is shown on the LCD, g.

Three LEDs
- Show the state of the station
- Green LED indicates, that a carrier in the station is booked for departure and leaving soon
- Yellow LED announces the arrival of a carrier at this station
- Red LED shows an error of the device or that the carrier booked before cannot leave
